CES 2010 Technology Review

Get ready for a new consumer TV experience! Here’s an in-depth and entertaining look at some of the home entertainment products that will be showing up in stores later this year.

Consultant, writer, and educator Peter Putman, CTS, ISF, will report on the latest trends in TV technology from the 2010 Consumer Electronics Show. Super-thin LCD and plasma TVs, wireless 802.11 connectivity, NeTVs, 3D, Blu-ray, LED projection, and video streaming are all part of the story. So are increasing sales volume for TVs, but at lower profit margins, along with an industry-wide shift away from optical media to digital downloads. How will it all play out..and how will it affect you?
